When funding and real estate obstacles arose, he adapted once again, building a successful sales and marketing firm from the ground up.
Through relentless determination, he transformed his firm into a key player in fintech and telecom, securing major partnerships and driving multi-million-dollar growth. Before joining Stone Building Solutions, Uros led Anchor Marketing, scaling it to $2.4 million in its first year while working with Fortune 500 giants. His expertise in client acquisition, negotiation, and strategic expansion makes him the ideal leader to take our company to new heights.
